Error changing password on client.

Hi, I'm having problems mcuh two domains, one looks as if it erased files. I'm trying to change the password of these domains and I get this error:

Still have the same problem. the problem is when I try to change the password. I'm having weird problems disappear web files, I need to change the password if it is safe.
