Error: Client account is expired.

Hello,

I am trying to suspend a Reseller in Plesk 9.5.4 but it keeps gettng me this error :
Error: Client account is expired.

but the reseller is not expired .... and i wanna suspend it .....
so any suggestions?!

Maybe one of reseller clients is expired. Did you check it? Try to find all expired clients with

mysql> select status from clients;
