Error code

I am getting an error code when trying to create a new domain. This is the first time I have ever had this particular problem with Plesk. Any help would be appreciated....


Error: Failed domain creation: Unable to update domain data: Failed mail post-configuration: Can't create mail domain servie: mailManager->addDomain() failed: mailmng failed: MEAOPO.PostOffice.AddPostOffice failed for name "website.com"


any help would be appreciated.

Make sure all mail services are runing. If still same then reboot the server even then if you failed to work with it the open mail enable administrator check if domain already exist, if yes then remove the domain and then try to add it again through Plesk.
