Error configuring mail plesk on Android

Hi,

I am trying to configure an email created with a plesk server on android.
The error showed is: " Unable to connect to server" , when I try to configure the IMAP server.
I do not know if I need to configure something else in PLESK .
The configuration used is as follows:
email: [email protected]
IMAP Server : calidadenboca.com
Security Type : None
Port: 143
