Error creating new mailbox thru Plesk CP

Dear All,

When I try to create a new Mailbox at my Plesk 8.2 for Windows, running Mail enable, the creation works fine, but I receive the following error message:

mailmng failed: The system cannot find the file specified. (Error code 2) at Unable to connect to pipe \\.\pipe\psamailfilterpipe

I Have already tried this at plesk's bin folder:
mchk.exe --domain --domain-name=mydomain.com

Does anybody knows how to fix this?

I advice that you upgrade your plesk to 8.3 or install all the latest patches for your 8.2.x:

Connection streaming has been greatly improved starting with 8.2.1
