Error creating new user

I can't create any mail account.

After submit the form 5 have a popup displaying an error :

mailmng: Error occurred while locking the file /var/qmail/users/assign: Permission denied
mailmng: Unable to open file "/var/qmail/users/assign.lock": Permission denied.
mailmng: Error occurred while locking the file /var/qmail/users/assign: Permission denied
mailmng: Unable to remove tvp mailbox record from assign file
mailmng: Unable to open file "/var/qmail/users/poppasswd.lock": Permission denied.
mailmng: Error occurred while locking the file /var/qmail/users/poppasswd: Permission denied
mailmng: Unable to remove tvp mailbox record from password file
mailmng: Unable to open dir /var/qmail/mailnames/atnetplanet.com/tvp: Permission denied

System error 13: Permission denied


How can I fix that ?

I use Plesk 7.5 on Debian 3.1
