Thanks for any help you can provide

It looks like psa database inconsistency for DashboardPreset table. Database correction is required there (DashboardPreset, DashboardPresetConfig tables) If you can't correct it by yourself, please contact support team.

Thanks for your reply

I've been trying to make some things until my experience allows me but without any result.
Where and how can I talk with the support group? I use the "Leasing" modality for my license, which
includes upgrades and patches but it doesn't offer me the chance to generate support tickets to
solve the issue.

At the moment I can't perform a system upgrade due to this problem.

Try to contact your sales representative regarding support.

I apologize for the delay of my answer but I have had plenty of work. I have tried to search some kind of way for the support but I still haven’t found any. We have a reseller system with parallels despite this it has been impossible to open a support ticket to check the problem.

What are the steps to follow so I can fix this problem?

Thanks!
