Error editing administrator profile email

NicolaA

New Pleskian
Hello,
I have just upgraded from 9.5.2 to 10.1.1. After that I tried to update the admin email contact with a new one in this format: [email protected] but I get this error: Error: Unable to update administrator information: Some fields are empty or contain an improper value.

If I remove the "-" the new email is accepted, but I need the "-" character!!

Any suggestion or fix?

Thanks!

First of all make sure that you haven't any customer with this email address with something like

SELECT * FROM clients WHERE email LIKE "%hosting-admin%";

Change it if it is already exists.
After that try to change admin's email with

# /usr/local/psa/bin/init_conf --update -email [email protected]
