ERROR: Exception: Unable to logon user (server\Plesk Administrator): (1326)

Dear Support,

I recently change the plesk administrator password from server user account , after IIS restart unable to log in to Plesk admin panel it says following error message.

ERROR: Exception: Unable to logon user (server\Plesk Administrator): (1326) The user name or password is incorrect. (functions.php:1640)
