Error HTTP 500.0 - Internal Server Error

I see this error everytime I want to get in https://localhost:8443

Error HTTP 500.0 - Internal Server Error
C:\Program Files (x86)\Parallels\Plesk\admin\bin\php-cgi.exe - El proceso FastCGI se canceló de manera inesperada

How can I fix it?
