Error in Backup / Restore for domains...

Hello, I have been trying to do a domain backup and always I get errors about tomcat or something.... the error that plesk showns says:

[ERROR]
Unable to create the backup file: Error domain_bu execution: domain bu:
/usr/local/psa/admin/bin/domainmngr failed:

tomcatmng: Unable to open rpm db: cannot open Packages index using db3 - (-30982)
..... and some other lines [/ERROR]

This is driving me crazy as i dont know what to do lol.

Maybe the rpm db is corrupt. I notice this alot under plesk (or maybe its just on vpses?)

as root:
# rpm --rebuilddb

well yes basicly, I solved it by deleting (moving) all the __* files, rebuilded the rpmdb, then it started to do backups, then it stoped starting the domain, there was an error with server.xml of tomcat, managed to solve it too, now it seems to be working ok again.
