Error in modules management section at Plesk 10.3.1.

I have the same issue please help


I reproduce this error when trying to install dpkg -i magicspam-plesk-1.0.5-3-lucid64-10.amd64.deb

Just upgraded to 10.4

ubuntu 10
Linux 2.6.32-33-server

Tried reinstall dpkg -i psa-api-rpc_10.0.0-1_amd64.deb no change

Problem remains

Hi, I wish I could help. Our problem remains...we tried a lot, but we can spend more time on this. We have to work sometime and stop loosing time with parallels plesk issues. In case we find a solution I will post. Good luck to everyone.

Hi, Thanks for the reply, It turns out that it was me, I was trying to download a non licenced tar......I should have downloaded one with the licence key installed ...GOOD Luck anyway
