Error in statistics.exe

Hi all.

Since I upgraded from 7.5.6 to 7.6 I'm getting this output on running statistics.exe

Error: Unable to restore run data (13)

Any Idea?

I'm getting the same thing after applying SWsoft's patch on a fresh install of Plesk 7.6 with clients restored from a backup that was taken on a Plesk 7.5.6:
