Hello, @landrade21. Do you perhaps have an antivirus program (e.g. Kaspersky) installed on the device you are encountering the error from? If yes, please try temporarily disabling it or include the Plesk URL in the exception list. I hope that helps.

Hello @landrade21 , The error you mentioned: “Internal errorTypeError: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading ‘toLowerCase’)” could be related to an issue with the browser or a script that is not loading correctly on your new PC.

Here are a few things you could try:

1. Clear your browser’s cache and cookies on this PC. Sometimes cached files can cause unexpected conflicts.

2. Try accessing the Plesk panel from an incognito window (in Chrome or Opera) to rule out issues caused by browser extensions.

3. Make sure your browsers are up to date. Outdated browsers may cause errors with certain JavaScript functionalities on the page.

4. If the problem persists only on this PC, check your network settings, firewall, or antivirus to ensure they are not blocking scripts or content required for the Plesk login page.

5. As an additional step, open the browser console (F12 > “Console” tab) while loading the page and try logging in. If there are additional error details, share them here so we can analyze the issue further.

I hope these steps help resolve the problem. If not, share more details, and we’ll keep investigating.

Best regards. ;)
