Issue error installing license from intialization dcreen

Hi

when i install a new plesk instance and trying to activate with new license, i get this error:
the activation code is not valid.

funny thing is, when i chose trial and then activate it works fine.

Did you enter the Plesk license number (PLSK.00xxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx) or the "Activation Code" (xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-etc)?
Plesk can only be activated with the Activation code, not with the Plesk license number.

Also, check if your Plesk activation code corresponds with the product you are trying to install.

it was activation code not license number and it is correspond with the product, as i mentioned after initialization part, i can activate smoothly
