• Halloween is coming! To celebrate the occasion, we dusted off a couple of old skins, and even created a brand new one (Pixel).
To get into the festive spirit, install the Skins extension.
  • The new Python extension is now available. It allows customers to deploy and manage WSGI-based Python applications on their websites directly from Plesk.
  • The Plesk Mobile apps for iOS and Android and the Plesk Mobile Center extension have been deprecated, and are no longer available for new installations. In Plesk Obsidian 18.0.84, the Plesk Mobile Center extension will be removed from servers during the upgrade, and the Plesk Mobile apps will lose their server management features.
  • The Social Login extension has been deprecated and will be removed in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.84. After that, it will no longer be possible to log in to Plesk with a Google, Facebook, GitHub account, or with a passkey. Plesk usernames and passwords, as well as logging in with a WebPros Account, are not affected.

I'm using cloudlinux 6.2 with mysql 5.1.52 (and mysql-libs installed).

Do you know this error?

Did you upgrade mysql? Looks like it is not Plesk but mysql issue.

Thanks for the reply, this is my versions of mysql:

mysql.x86_64 5.1.52-1.el6_0.1 @PSA_10_4_4-thirdparty
mysql-connector-odbc.x86_64 5.1.5r1144-7.el6 @cloudlinux-base
mysql-libs.x86_64 5.1.52-1.el6_0.1 @cloudlinux-base
mysql-server.x86_64 5.1.52-1.el6_0.1 @PSA_10_4_4-thirdparty

I think all is standard. I've tried to remove /usr/lib64/mysql/ and reinstalled libs, but it doesn't work. I can't find where is the problem :(

Unfortunately I have not found any mentions of this problem in our internal resources and in Google. Looks like that you have some misconfiguration but it can be found only directly on your server. Therefore if you can't find a reason by yourself I recommend you contact Parallels Support Team.

I know, anyone speak about this problem, but I can't know how to restore Plesk or mysql because i can't find what this error mean. Do you know this LibFactoryFunction?

Thanks for the help :)
