Issue Error: modsecurity_ctl failed: START httpd_modules_ctl --enable security2,unique_id

Hello;

I am trying to install custom rules from Install ModSecurity Rules to Plesk with Manual - Malware Expert i have done everything and i keep getting one error to another now i dont want to use it again and i can't turn ON Modsecurity because i keep getting the below error.

Update: i was able to get it working, but then i can't see the custom rule.
