• Our team is looking to connect with folks who use email services provided by Plesk, or a premium service. If you'd like to be part of the discovery process and share your experiences, we invite you to complete this short screening survey. If your responses match the persona we are looking for, you'll receive a link to schedule a call at your convenience. We look forward to hearing from you!
  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Error: Not enough disk space

ElissonB

New Pleskian
Hello,

I'm trying to access the account on plesklin.avance.net.br panel and is giving the error Error: Not enough disk space

NOTE: The error runs on the login screen, so I can not access the panel.

The error message is self explanatory!

If you have SSH access to your server, please do login and clear some log files, delete some backups as they could have greatly contributed to the consumption of your HDD storage.

If you are unable to login with admin/root on your plesk then unfortunately you will need SSH to resolve it. Please contact your VPS host to help you resolve that issue.

I'm trying to access via putty, but the following message appears: Network error: Connection refused. I do not know if SSH connection is enabled.

Hello,

Please contact your DC and ask them to start the SSHD services of your server OR check the SSH config. May be you are using wrong SSH port.

You can check SSH setting through KVM console.
