error on plesk 8.2 install in debian 4.0

Guys, I'm having problem installing plesk 8.2 in a debian 4.0 . Below is the error messaage:

Not sure if this is a server side problem or the plesk itself. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thank's.
 
Now I could go on installation process after editing some stuffs, but encountered this error below:
