error on plesk 8.2 install in debian 4.0

Guys, I'm having problem installing plesk 8.2 in a debian 4.0 . Below is the error messaage:

Not sure if this is a server side problem or the plesk itself. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thank's.

looks like you have no source for normal packages, you only have the security repository.

search one here http://www.us.debian.org/mirror/list
and add it to /etc/apt/sources.list


maybe post your /etc/apt/sources.list to check ...
