Issue error on plesk

[alert] 17232#0: *22030 socket() failed (24: Too many open files) while connecting to upstream

17232#0: *20855 upstream timed out (110: Connection timed out) while reading response header from upstream

peer closed connection in ssl handshake while ssl handshaking to upstream


i'm getting those errors. how can i fix them?
