ERROR: PleskFatalException - need help please

Setup issue, upgraded to php 5.2.9, I have plesk 9.0.1 installed. After doing all updates, seemed to be issue in setup with postfix but otherwise it said everything upgraded perfectly.

When I goto add a new domain to my plesk account (I have 100 domains leased license) I get the following error, and it stops me from adding new domain or account. Any words of wisdom to fix this issue? please
