ERROR: PleskFatalException on upgrade to 8.2

I upgraded plesk from 8.1 to 8.2 using the installer. No errors now when I try to access plesk I get this error. Tried to reinstall the software, but it won't saying all is up to date, no further updates required.

Tried update to Plesk 8.2.1

Tried to update to plesk 8.2.1 to see if it fixed the problem....
Here is the end of the install cycle;

And the software is inoperable. now https://72.22.74.53:8443 just brings up Internet explorer cannot display the page.
I can view my site http://www.evaluebuy.com with Explorer, but not with Firefox. Can people who view this thread tell me if the site comes up in their browser? if not it will quickly expedite me into giving my meagre earnings and own personal money to pay swsoft to fix it.
