ERROR: PleskMainDBException DB query failed: Unknown error

Hello,

I'm using plesk 9.5.4 when I enter the plesk url I give this error:

ERROR: PleskMainDBException
DB query failed: Unknown error

0: common_func.php3:171
db_query(string 'set names utf8')
1: common_func.php3:626
reconnect()
2: common_func.php3:591
db_connect()
3: auth.php3:90

I done this article:

but there is problem yet, I see administrator pass plesk and I can login to plesk mysql with same password but plesk has problem.
I restart all services and finally reset the server but problem doesn't resolve.

Please guide me
