i disable some unnessery services and now i cant login my plesk control panel. later i open services which i disable but i cant login my plesk control panel.
and the error is that.

Are you shure you SQL server is running ? Enable and Start your SQL server from services if you have disabled it. (Or at least verify that that it's running)
