Error PMM Plesk 8.6

Good morning,

While trying to migrate from a Plesk 8.1.1 to a Plesk 8.6 i got this error:

Error: Unable to selectPlatform: Unable to run migrmng: Network connection failed

I will explain the steps to the error:

Server -> Migration Manager

Then Remote Host Connection Setup appears, i insert all de data.

Then Migration Preferences appears, i select:

Migration type
Choose migration type Selective migration

Source host info
Source hosting platform Plesk 8.1.1

I click "Next", and then the error:

Error: Unable to selectPlatform: Unable to run migrmng: Network connection failed

Yes, i'm migrating from a windows server 2003/plesk 8.1.1 to a windows server 2008/plesk 8.6

I don't think you understood my question. Did you make sure that the Plesk migration agent is running on the server that you're trying to migrate from?

If your server's IP address is 77.91.200.160, then do this from the command prompt: telnet 77.91.200.160 6489
