Try to disable log rotation.

Go to Domain -> Log Manager -> Log Rotation -> Disable.

It wasnt log rotation at all rather Symantec Antivirus 10CE, you have to disble Tamper protection, apparently the prtocess to remove a domain or anything for that matter causes SAV to freak out.
