Question error reporting not showing, always shows Error 500

As per the title, this is a Server 2012, Plesk 12.0.18 odin

In plesk,
E_ALL is set as Display errors
Log Errors is on

In php.ini
display_errors = On
display_startup_errors = On
log_errors = On

Still shows an Error 500 page

Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.
Please contact the server administrator to inform of the time the error occurred and of anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

Pls. investigate your possible root cause(s) for your webserver - issue in your error log, which doesn't necessarily has got something to do with a PHP - issue/error/problem.

If you need help with your investigations, it is still essential, that you post the corresponding (domain specific ) error - log(s) from your webserver(s), so that people willing to help you have something to start for the investigations.
