Error retrieving version from Plesk API

I am receiving the error "Error retrieving version from Plesk API: PleskAPIInvalidSecretKeyException : key is not found" on the extension page for the MagicSpam extension. It is keeping my key from registering as valid and means I am unable to enable the extension. Any ideas?

Update: After communication with MagicSpam, removing the extension/license and then renaming the /etc/magicspam folder allowed for a clean reinstall and fixed key issues.
