Error send mail with CDONTS

I use Windows 2003 Standart Edtion, Plesk 7.0.2 and i registered CDONTS.DLL on my server. When i use it and i get error (500 Internal Server Error) so I can't send any email use CDONTS for send. Anyone know how to fix it please tell me.
