Issue Error Setting Up FTPS Remote Backup

When attempting to setup FTPS remote storage I receive the following error message:



I have independently confirmed that I am able to connect to our remote storage server using Filezilla. Has anyone seen this error before, and if so, how did you resolve it?

What is your Plesk version? As far as I know, this issue has been fixed a long time ago in Plesk 17.8
Have you installed all latest updates?

Our Plesk version is 18.0.26.

When I see "SSL connect error" this reminds me of a thread here which described an error when using TLS 1.3. The solution is to switch to TLS 1.2 via this new ini setting: Issue - Backup fails since update to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.26: "Unable to validate the remote backup"

But maybe it's another error, because that TLS 1.3 error led only to incomplete files, not to a complete connection blocking.
