I have a problem with SMTP. I created a new user associated with a domain in Plesk and my email associated with your username and password. Everything works fine but outgoing mail (SMTP) does not work ... Horde web by not sending out emails.
I tried what it says on this post and the service is started and running but when I try to send a mail is not received:

The POP3 works correctly.
I tried to restart the services but still not working.
Ahh if I send a mail to myself then if it works, but to any external mail anything.
I can say which is the ruling?
