this command plesk installer install-panel-updates not fix it or everything I've tested doesn't work

I know my OS is old but for now I can't change it.

I don't know if it's related but the license doesn't seem to be verified

Yes, but i can't access to the plesk panel due to the error.
I have found the way using:
plesk bin extension --uninstall pagespeed-insights
