Could you please check permission for the file
It should be like :

# ls -la /usr/local/psa/tmp/run-root.tar
-rw-r--r-- 1 root root 20480 Jun 8 2012 /usr/local/psa/tmp/run-root.tar

Thank you for reply

Do you have any additional related details in the mentioned /tmp/plesk_11.0.9_installation.log ?

Looks like something wrong with courier-imap package installation. Check that this package is installed at least:

Usage: /etc/init.d/courier-imapd {start|stop|status|restart|reload|condrestart}
[root@ppu11-5 ~]# /etc/init.d/courier-imapd status
courierlogger (pid 14219) is running...
[root@ppu11-5 ~]# rpm -qf /etc/init.d/courier-imapd

Please do the same thing for /etc/init.d/courier-imap instead. Also check output of # rpm -qa | egrep 'courier|driver'
