• Hi, Pleskians! We are running a UX testing of our upcoming product intended for server management and monitoring.
We would like to invite you to have a call with us and have some fun checking our prototype. The agenda is pretty simple - we bring new design and some scenarios that you need to walk through and succeed. We will be watching and taking insights for further development of the design.
If you would like to participate, please use this link to book a meeting. We will sent the link to the clickable prototype at the meeting.
  • (Plesk for Windows):
MySQL Connector/ODBC 3.51, 5.1, and 5.3 are no longer shipped with Plesk because they have reached end of life. MariaDB Connector/ODBC 64-bit 3.2.4 is now used instead.
  • The Horde webmail has been deprecated. Its complete removal is scheduled for April 2025. For details and recommended actions, see the Feature and Deprecation Plan.

Issue Error trying to run System Update

New Pleskian
Hi Community. This is my first post.
I need some helping hand from you.
I need to migrate from another Plesk to this box, and right when trying to run the system update, I get the following:

Error: Unable to get packages list: 2024-05-11 15:35:05 INFO: pum is called with arguments: ['--list', '--repo-info', '--json']2024-05-11 15:35:07 ERROR: Apt cache fetch failed: E:The repository 'http://autoinstall.plesk.com/PSA_18.0.44 buster Release' no longer has a Release file., W:Updating from such a repository can't be done securely, and is therefore disabled by default., W:See apt-secure(8) manpage for repository creation and user configuration details., W:An error occurred during the signature verification. The repository is not updated and the previous index files will be used. GPG error: https://packages.grafana.com/oss/deb stable InRelease: The following signatures couldn't be verified because the public key is not available: NO_PUBKEY 963FA277104585452024-05-11 15:35:07 ERROR: E:The repository 'http://autoinstall.plesk.com/PSA_18.0.44 buster Release' no longer has a Release file., W:Updating from such a repository can't be done securely, and is therefore disabled by default., W:See apt-secure(8) manpage for repository creation and user configuration details., W:An error occurred during the signature verification. I am not sure where this PSA_18.0.44 is referred, since the contents of my /etc/apt/sources.list.d/pack.list is as follows:
## Persistent repositories for Plesk Products.
deb [signed-by=/etc/apt/keyrings/plesk.gpg] Index of /pool/PSA_18.0.60_14384 buster extras
deb [signed-by=/etc/apt/keyrings/plesk.gpg] Index of /PHP81_17 buster all
deb [signed-by=/etc/apt/keyrings/plesk.gpg] Index of /PHP82_17 buster all
deb [signed-by=/etc/apt/keyrings/plesk.gpg] Index of /pool/WPB_18.0.55_74 all all

Any clue?
Thanks in advance.

phew. I managed to reduce the whole issue to this, thanks to ChatGPT
