Whilst my upgrade to Plesk 9 has been somewhat easy, and no major bugs along the way, I have one domain I can't access in plesk, hosting and FTP wise it seems fine, but when i go to edit it, I get the following error;

is the IP address added to the server, and visible when you click on the IP Pool icon?

You'll see it thinks there are no users attached

now the only thing these two accounts that I cant get into are they both have a Sub domain with SSL..

ie, rather than https://thesite.com the SSL certificate is on something like https://secure.thesite.com

OK I solved this - I had to go back into the IP Address Management area, click where it said 0 clients, and reassign the IP Address to the reseller/client and all good
