• The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
    If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Use utility xmllint to validate it first. For example:

I ran
xmllint --noout --schema /usr/local/psa/PMM/plesk.xsd /var/lib/psa/dumps/backup_info_1002020442.xml but it didnt change the error
 
Right, it is just validation but not fixing.
As I understood you have submitted ticket to support team regarding this problem? What is ID and status of this ticket now?
 
well they said it was fixed,so the ticket is closed.
 
Hmm... I thought that client should inform support when ticket can be closed but not vice versa. Why you not continue this ticket if problem was not resolved? Can you provide me ticket ID? I will check it.
 
I just have to open a new ticket and wait a couple of days for the problem is solved.It`s not the end of the world as it`s addons for the domains
