TwitterWe have a user that got suspended due to an expiration date. He has paid his bill and we are trying to unsuspend him, however, we are getting an error I have never seen before:
Error: The client account is still suspended for the following reason: i_client_off_backup_restore
Given the error, I looked at the client backup manager, and under pending tasks, he shows a backup task running that was started 20 days ago. However, no such process is running and the server has been rebooted since then.
How would I go about unsuspending this user?
