Error updating multisite plugin

Hello, when attempting to update a plugin on a WP Multisite via the WP Toolkit, I receive this error:

Selected items were updated with errors:
- Unable to update plugin 'eternal', details: Warning: Plugin 'eternal' is network active and must be deactivated with --network flag.
Error: No plugins deactivated.

Is there any way to configure the toolkit to send the "--network" flag when updating a Multisite installation? Thank you!
