Error updating parallels

Hi, some days ago I have an error updating parallels:

Execution failed.

No se han instalado todos los paquetes.
Resuelva este problema e intente instalar los paquetes de nuevo.
Si no puede resolver el problema, contacte con el equipo de soporte técnico del producto para solicitar asistencia.

Somebody could give me some advise? I have restarted the server but its not solved. Thank you!
 
Hi Danielllp,

Please contact your service provider OVH in this case, because the error is caused by their mirror.

If you would like to solve the issue without them, then you may use the Plesk autoinstaller over the command line and use the additional string "--add-source". Please read more about it and as well, HOW the additional string is used, by typing "/usr/local/psa/admin/bin/autoinstaller --help".
