    If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.

Issue Error : upstream timed out (110: Connection timed out) while SSL handshaking to upstream

About two times per month my websites are done. When I check nginx log I have a lot of error stated as "upstream timed out (110: Connection timed out) while SSL handshaking to upstream"

I need to reboot the server to got a normal service again. If I restart only nginx or apache, the issue is not solve.

I search a lot on the web in order to find something....

OS: Debian 10.12 Plesk Obsidian 18.0.44
CPU Intel(R) Xeon(R) CPU E5-2670 0 @ 2.60GHz (4 core(s)) Version
