Failed with error: Unable to get user SERVER\Plesk Administrator profile path: (2) The system cannot find the file specified.Thu Dec 13 14:34:47 2012

1. I run daily task in schedule and it sent back to me an email with error above.
Can i use the runas to create Plesk administrator windows profile ? (i try use admin plesk password but fail to login)

2. By the way, the statistic not update, i try to run by command with one domain, it's run ok.
My server setting will logoff user if idle remote desktop session in 60'. is that affect to schedule to run statistic?

Thanks,

Looks like something happened with "Plesk Administrator" user.
You could try to launch these internal commands:
"%plesk_bin%\usermng.exe" --uninstall-plesk-admin
"%plesk_bin%\usermng.exe" --install-plesk-admin

I hope this can help you.

Thanks, the error above is gone but.. statistic still not update.
here the log of statistics.exe. Any idea?

Try to run statistics in verbose mode with something like:

C:\Program Files (x86)\Parallels\Plesk\admin\bin>statistics.exe --verbose --all

and check output carefully.

Is it that relate with ntfs permission or mssql time-out config (320sec or 300 in default)? I run command as administrator.
