Error when deleting client

I get this error when I try to delete a client.

"An error occured during client removal: Unable to remove clients: Unable to remove client: client: Unable to remove client templates: templateslist: Unable to remove templates list:"

And i can't delete the client's account.

any idea on how to solve this?

There is a problem with the database. Try to delete the client templates first and if doesn't work, delete it from the database psa, table clients directly.

Hi,

I am having the same problem. I have tried to delete the template and when I do, I still cannot remove the client. When you say (above) about manipulating a database, how exactly do I do this? I though Plesk was supposed to make things easy but it's quickly appearing very buggy and not fully functional. I have paid a fortune for my license ;-(
