Error when I open the file "zip" from a backup.

Plesk Panel v. 10.2

I made a local backup with Plesk Panel. Once the backup files intengo open "zip" generated, but I Winzip returns an error: "Unexpected end." I'm afraid I made ​​the copies are not valid.
