error when restore an account on an other server

When I restore a account on an different server ,it shows following message, any one know how to restore an account on a different server ?

Did you tried '--conflicts-resolution' option for pleskrestore?

Add -verbose -debug at end of your command line.

"conflict-resolution" is not always the best way
