Please, contact product technical support.

mySQL was not already installed on the server, so I'm not sure what caused this error. I tried to run the installation without mySQL selected to be installed, but I got an error saying it was required for installation. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks for your reply. Read through the article however I'm still not able to figure out why the RPC server wouldn't be responding. The service is running and I tried running the install with the Firewall turned off as well - same issue.

Is it not possible to install Plesk v12 without mySQL and manually install mySQL server later (on another machine), so I can get the installation to go through?

Thanks,

Eric
