Error while installing DrWebCom

i tried several solutions i found online but noone worked... i could realy need help how to activate the service, so the installation can continue

I suggest you check services with Plesk Reconfigurator -> repair Plesk installation -> Plesk services

DrWeb error fixed !!!

Hi guys !!! I have found the solution:

Windows-->Control Panel--> Add/ remove software--> Plesk for Windows--> Modify

Then you disable DrWeb in order to uninstall it.

I have no error anymore !

I will try now to do follow the same procedure in order to install DrWeb
