Question Error with IPV6, but there is no IPV6.

Plesk version and microupdate number

18.0.69 Update #3 Web Host Edition

On 1and1 Ionos I have:

• a VPS
• a domain
• the DNS management of this domain with the redirect to the VPS

The VPS only has IPV4
In the VPS I created a domain as "Blank Website" to then install a web application.

I am creating the SSL certificate with Let's Encrypt, but this error appears.

However, Ionos tells me that the IPV6 address is generic and cannot be associated with my VPS.

I don't understand how it can solve the problem.

I also didn't find the Web Hosting Access section, maybe it refers to a different version of Plesk?
Nor did I understand the role of the extensions SSL it! and Domain Connect.

I am not quite sure I was able to understand. Is the DNS of the domain name in question managed locally or the zone is external?

DNS of the domain is external, with 1and1 Ionos

Thank you for the confirmation. Could you please double-check the IONOS DNS zone and ensure there are no AAAA records present in it?
