Error with Plesk File manager with 'conf' folder

Got this problem with a few machines of mine with Plesk.

On the Plesk file manager, trying to browse the folder :

/domains.com/conf

results in error :

Unable to change directory to /conf/: ls_dir_wrapper() failed: filemng: opendir failed: Permission denied

As stated, this occurs on all my installations - anyone else have this problem?

Thanks for any suggestions.

Yes, that does happen. It is either by their design, or just a bug. The error says permission denied, but the perms on conf are at least as many as the other directories, and ownership does not seem to have any bearing.

I'd be leaning towards it being a bug, or they just don't want us playing with the files in conf.

any one figured this out yet?
i am having the same problem

the filemanager runs as apache and the conf directory files can only be edited by root. Use SSH to change these files.
