Error with the auto forward mails

NeoTrafy

Basic Pleskian
Hello guys,

I have a little problem and I don't know what else to try. A couple of my clients want to forward automatically all the mails in a mailbox to accounts in outlook (hotmail and outlook365).

If I change the config the forward to gmail it works properly. If I send mails to hotmail manually it works too.

What should I check? I already know outlook has probably one of the most strict protocols, but... don't know...

Any tips?

Regards,
Neo.

The error is:
People (jar@***.net in this case) send mail to p***@p***.com. That mailbox has a forward to p***@outlook.com and p***@w***.com (outlook365 mailbox).

Server says:

connect to ***.mail.protection.outlook.com[IP]:25: Connection timed out
E1DF16916145 (the queueid): to=<p***@w***.com>, relay=none, delay=60, delays=0.12/0.02/60/0, dsn=4.4.1, status=deferred (connect to ***.mail.protection.outlook.com[IP]:25: Connection timed out)

The problem, as long as I see it, only occur when the destination is an outlook server, properly working forward to gmail.

Greetings,
Neo.

Nop, no connection at all.

But if I send a mail directly from thunderbird to the mail which shows the error it works fine.

Thank you for your help,
Neo.
