Hi,

We changed the username for an account and last night we performed an upgrade which cause this account to display a Service Unavailable error whenever you went to the website.

So I performed a Repair Plesk Installation now we get the following error:

Anybody have any suggestions on a repair? We've filled a support ticket with plesk however that can take a while to get a reply!

All responses much appreciated :]

Did you try forum's search for "Cannot read configuration file due to insufficient permissions" phrase? It was discussed here a lot of times.
